A joint, uncontested filing
“Jack and Margaret are filing for divorce jointly,” a source close to the pair tells PEOPLE. “This is a mutual decision.” Qualley was listed as the plaintiff in the New York filing, Page Six reported from court records — New York requires a plaintiff and a defendant to be listed — and a settlement agreement has also been filed and is still being processed by the court.
