Bernard Coyne was born on July 27, 1897. Due to the hardening of the liver, glandular disorder, he died on May 20, 1921. He was 8 ft & 4 inches tall.

6-Edouard Beaupré (8 ft, 3 inches)
Edouard Beaupre was born on January 9, 1881. He was born in the southern Saskatchewan town of Willow Bunch. At seven he had the average height but at nine he was over 2 meters tall.
Edouard was an excellent horseman but when he reached the height of 2.15 meters, he abandoned the trade. Edouard Beaupre began touring showing off his strength by bending iron bars and lifting horses into his shoulders.
He died on July 3, 1904, in a local St. Louis hospital. His body was preserved and put on display in St. Louis. Later the body was taken to the Montreal museum and then to the University of Montreal. His body was brought to Willow Bunch in 1990 cremated and buried.

Leonid Stepanovych Stadnyk was born on August 5, 1970, and died on August 24, 2014. Leonid Stadnyk was a Ukrainian. After brain surgery at the age of 14, his excessive growth began. After the surgery, he developed a pituitary gland tumor that caused the gland to secrete a large amount of growth hormone.
Leonid reportedly wore US size 28-inch shoe in length. According to Guinness World Records, he was the tallest living man. He died at the age of 44 from a brain hemorrhage.

He began to grow rapidly at the age of 13. In 1899, he appeared in a Newspaper and was referred to as the “Negro giant”. His hands measured 11 inches in length and his feet measured 13 inches in length.
Rogan continued to grow until his death. At the time of his death, he weighed only 175 pounds. He died from complications of his disease. His body was buried under concrete to prevent anyone from exhuming and examining his body.

Robert Pershing Wadlow was born on February 22, 1918. He died on July 15, 1940. He is also known as the Giant of Illinois or Alton Giant. He is the tallest person in recorded history for which there is irrefutable evidence.
He was born and grew up in Alton, Illinois. He reached 8 ft 11.1 inch (2.72m) in height at his death at the age of 22. His continued growth was due to hyperplasia of his pituitary gland.
There was no indication of an end to his growth even at the time of his death. Wadlow’s life-size statue stands on College Avenue in Alton. It was erected in 1986. Wadlow is still affectionately known as the “Gentle Giant”.
