Check whether the current round is open

Voting can be restricted to a stated window. Open the official Season 20 destination and look for the current voting announcement. Compare its deadline and time zone with the current time.

A screenshot from another week can show a button that is no longer available. A guide that gives a permanent Monday-to-Friday schedule can also be wrong when the show changes its process. The active announcement is the reference.

Confirm the selected contestant belongs to the round

The official options can be limited to the nominated participants. A contestant who is not listed may be exempt from that round, absent from the process or shown under another spelling. Read the current nomination announcement before treating the omission as a technical fault.
